From Greg's original service call, quote and options for repair or replacement to the office contact and communications from email to text everything was top notch. Our garage door suddenly stop working. I asked my neighbors to recommend a good company to repair it !! I called a few but they don’t have spits available this week . One of my friends recommended State48 garage door. I called and Lina answered the phone very polite and friendly. I make an appointment for next day. James came and fixed. He show up in time and did awesome job also he was very friendly and answer all our questions he clean after he was done. I definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and I will call them for future garage door repairs! Thanks James, Lina and State 48 company !!!!

Convenient and efficient communication (most done via text). Two service options were quoted (sent via email right after consult). The tech was happy to explain pros and cons of each option.
After we signed off electronically on the estimate they rescheduled same day and completed the work.
