• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. Inquiries, Estimates, and Pricing

Any pricing, timelines, recommendations, or other information shown on the Site, in the virtual door designer, or in response to an online inquiry are estimates only. They are based on typical jobs and do not constitute a binding offer. The virtual door designer is provided by Amarr; designs and prices shown in it are illustrative and are not a quote from State 48 Garage Doors.

Final pricing, scope, and terms are determined only after a technician has inspected your door and you have approved a written estimate or work order from State 48 Garage Doors. Neither use of the Site, submission of an online inquiry, nor an online booking creates a contract or obligates either party to a transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photos, illustrations, design, and code, is the property of State 48 Garage Doors or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site includes links to third-party websites and embeds third-party services, including the ServiceTitan online scheduler, the Amarr door designer, the GeoBooster recent-jobs map, Google Maps and YouTube embeds, our GoHighLevel job application form, and financing offered through GoodLeap. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites or services. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, State 48 Garage Doors disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the Site.

State 48 Garage Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section concerns the website only; the warranty on work we perform is set out in your written work order (Section 7).

7. Service-Specific Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website only. The terms of any garage door repair, installation, or maintenance work, including scope, price, scheduling, payment, and warranty coverage on parts and labor, are set out in the written estimate or work order you approve before work begins, and in any manufacturer warranty that accompanies the products installed. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces, or supplements those separate agreements. State 48 Garage Doors is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC #346937).

8. Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from State 48 Garage Doors about your inquiry and related information. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling (602) 329-6018. Reply HELP for assistance. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
